My name is Christine Lies (Chris) and I am an Equestrian Life Coach.   In addition to holding degrees in Business, Economics and Political Science from Indiana University, I have received over 100 hours of training from Erickson College as part of The Art and Science of Coaching Program.

Prior to becoming a Life Coach, I spent 12 years working in the Financial Services industry for Arthur Andersen, Heller Financial and GE Capital.  In 2002 I left GE Capital to form Fourth Quarter Consulting, working with clients such as JP Morgan, Sterling Capital and Continental Communities.

Chris LiesHorses have always been a part of my life.  I grew up on seven acres with horses in the backyard.  I have a successful record at the FEI level in Eventing and also compete in the hunter, jumper and dressage rings.  Most days, I feel like an accomplished equestrian.  Some days I am full of self-doubt and afraid to ask for help.

Keeping my priorities in focus and balancing all aspects of my life is a constant challenge.  Life coaching has enabled me to be successful. Through the life coaching experience, I became dedicated to helping others achieve their goals and create peace and satisfaction in their lives and in their hearts.

Telephone Coaching

45-60 Minute Coaching Session.  Like your riding lesson, a session lasts as long as it takes to get the result,  typically that is about 50 minutes, occasionally, its 90.

I commit to my clients that you can always call, email or text and I will get back to you as soon as possible.  Sitting on your tack truck at a horse show trying to organize those butterflies?  Preparing for an important conversation with your spouse?  Need to weigh the pros and cons of an important decision that can’t wait until our next scheduled session?  Reach out for the support you need.
